Building -Configuration Support

 

We’ll connect your building to our software, map and tag points and equipment, apply analytics rules, and setup and generate initial performance reports.

 

Data Analysis & Action Item Creation

 

We’ll conduct a weekly review of your building’s data to identify performance issues and opportunities for short- and long-term improvements and create, prioritize, and input action items to assist your facilities team with problem resolution.

Remote Performance Monitoring

 

We’ll actively monitor your building’s performance and inform you of any critical anomalies or issues identified through the data, enabling you to resolve these issues rapidly.

Report Setup & Management

We’ll connect your building to our software, map and tag points and equipment, apply analytics rules, and setup and generate initial performance reports.

Performance Strategy & ECM Development

 

We’ll review performance issues and develop custom strategies and / or energy conservation measures (ECM) to be implemented by your facilities team or service providers to successfully resolve identified performance issues.

 

Building -Performance Assessment

We’ll prepare a detailed and documented assessment of your building’s current infrastructure across multiple of performance categories such as equipment, building automation, energy consumption, health and comfort, and others. 

Capital Planning Strategy Development

 

We’ll review your current and historical equipment performance data and create a capital investment strategy that provides the insights you need to make informed decisions that maximum ROI.

 

Custom Insights Development

 

We’ll develop and implement a set of custom performance insights (KPIs outside our standard offering) that are made available in a dashboard format for real-time viewing.

  • What do I need to provide in order to connect my building?
    To connect, we will need your IT requirements and supporting and remote access capability. During our “connection” call, we will establish your Resolute ID and password
  • Are there restrictions on building type or size?
    There are no restrictions on building size or points totals.
  • What happens if I decide not to continue using the software?
    When the Software trial period ends, you may become a full subscriber to our Software. If you decide not to continue using the software, you don't need to do anything. At this point, your access to Resolute Fusion™ will be disabled
  • How do I continue using the software after the trial period?
    When the Software trial period ends, you may become a full subscriber to our Software. All your data and settings remain tied to your account, making the transition from trial user to paid subscriber seamless. To become a paid subscriber, you will be directed to select a Points Plan and Subscription Period and add a Payment Type in Resolute Synergy™. Once completed, you may continue to access our software for the term of your chosen Subscrition Period, at which time you may continue or discontinue your subscription.
  • How much does the software cost?
    Please see our Pricing section.
  • What kind of support and training is included?
    All our plans include levels of training, support, and product help.
  • Is there a limit to the number of users I can have?
    There is no limit to the number of users you may add to the system.
  • How is your Software plan priced?
    Pricing is on a per-building basis and is determined by the number of equipment points mapped in our software. We currently have four pricing packages: [1] Up to 1,500 points [2] Up to 3,000 points [3] Up to 5,000 points, and [4] 10,000 points and above. Our Software plan is an annual subscription and fees are charged upon subscription purchase. Unless cancelled prior to the renewal date, this subscription automatically renews.
  • Can I change the number of points associated with my plan?
    Yes. You may change your point plan, which can be done within the software or by contacting Resolute directly.
  • Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
    You may change your plan at any point during the subscription period. Upon completion of the subscription, the new plan will go into effect. To change your plan, you must contact Resolute directly.
  • Can I cancel my plan?
    For Software and Software+ plans, you may cancel your subscription at any point during the subscription period and continue to use the software and receive associated services until the end of the subscription term. For the Enterprise plan, you may also cancel your subscription at any point during the subscription period and continue to use the software and receive associated services until the end of the subscription term, but you are required to pay the full amount of the subscription. Customers are notified of upcoming renewal deadlines both within the software and through email.
  • Can I remove services from my plan?
    You may not remove services from your plan. However, you may change your plan, which will take effect upon the completion of your current subscription term. To change your plan, you must contact Resolute directly.
  • Can I add services without being subscribed to a plan?
    Our Building-Performance Assessment service is currently the only add-on service you can purchase without being subscribed to a plan. All other services are tied directly to the data collected and analyzed through our analytics software.
  • Are there any additional charges on top of subscription and related services fees?
    For some implementations, particularly at the Enterprise level, additional costs may be required to properly prepare ("Building Setup") the building in order to effectively connect to our solution and pull requisite data. Building Setup fees are one-time costs and are agreed upon prior to any implementation. Building Setup fees are charged as follows: 50% upfront and 50% upon completion.
